Input File(s)

Use the entire velvetg output directory (in tar.gz format) as the input (VelvetG_Out.tar.gz).

Parameters Used in App

When the app is run in the Discovery Environment, use the following parameters with the above input file(s) to get the output provided in the next section below.

The insert size for short paired reads is set to 300, and the SD for these is 60. Set the minimum transcript output length to 200.

Output File(s)

Expect Oases_Out.tar.gz and transcripts.fa as output.
