• To use FastQC 0.10.1 (multi-file), import your data in FASTQ  format.

Test Data

Input File(s)

Use SRR070572_hy5.fastq from the directory above as test input.

Parameters Used in App

Only the data file needs to be loaded to run this app.

Output File(s)

Expect a zipped folder containing all of the output. Inside of that folder, there are two folders: Icons and Images. The overall summary is found in a file entitled: SRR070572_hy5.html. Opening this .html file will open up a browser tab and display all output figures.
