Eqtl summarizes the output of Zmapqtl, needed for model 7 and 8 of Zmapqtl.
Quick Start
- To use Eqtl, upload your data in the same format as the output of Zmapqtl. Eqtl requires a genetic linkage map. It should be in the same format that Rmap outputs.

- Use qtlcart.map from http://mirrors.iplantcollaborative.org/example_data/eqtl/qtlcart.map file as input.
Parameters Used in App
When the app is run in the Discovery Environment, use the following parameters with the above input file(s) to get the output provided in the next section below.
- Default parameters only, no further configuration needed.
Output File(s)
- Expect qtlcart.eqt as output.
- Expect qtlcart.sr as output in addition to qtlcart.log and qtlcart.rc.
