GainsboroOrangeVISIBLE ONLY TO STAFF - CONTENT HIDDEN FOR DEPRECATED APP

CloudSTRUCTURE

Community rating: ?????

This application is a parallel version of program Structure 2.3.4 to investigate population structure from multi-locus genotype data.

Quick Start

To use CloudSTRUCTURE, import your data in numerical format.
Resources: http://pritch.bsd.uchicago.edu/structure.html

Test Data

Test data for this app appears directly in the Discovery Environment in the Data window under Community Data -> iplantcollaborative -> example_data -> GWAS -> Structure -> input.

Input File(s)

Use the marker_numerical.txt from the directory above as test input.

Parameters Used in App

When the app is run in the Discovery Environment, use the following parameters with the above input file(s) to get the output provided in the next section below.

Use the following parameters

Select maximum populations 3
12982 as number of loci
310 as number of samples

Output File(s)

Expect output files as shown in the output folder (Community Data -> iplantcollaborative -> example_data -> GWAS -> Structure -> output). summary.txt has the mean score for each assumption of population number.
