Providing Feedback and Getting Help with the Discovery Environment

You can submit feedback and contact Support, all within the Discovery Environment. Your feedback about the Discovery Environment gives us important information about how your experiences within the DE. This includes your ability (or inability) to complete your task, your satisfaction level with the DE, suggestions for features or improvements, and more. For feedback on apps within the DE, please see Using App Ratings and App Comments.

1. In the DE, click  at the top of the screen and then click Feedback.
2. In the form, enter your ratings and comments.
3. When done, click Submit. You will receive a follow-up email within seven business days.
