  • Discussion of CSHL projects underway that impact iPlant

  • Development of project plans, milestones and deliverables for projects

  • Categorization of possible future collaborations

  • Overall strategy discussion with regards to scientific enablement plan

  • Review of CI deliverables matrix and identification of scientific use cases that will assist in validation of CI deliverables (Atmosphere, DE, Data Commons)

  • Overview of data common status, possible directions, and CI implementation timelines

  • Coordinate metadata standards and required/recommended fields with KBase, Gramene, EBI (expression datasets, etc.) with * Sunita and others

  • Data Common development for variation calling, variation data, phenotyping, phenotype data, association workflow, and association results

  • Enrolling Christos in assisting data common work (preparing data sets, templates)
