So I tried to solve the problem of "strings and lists" in rosalind with the following code and results, which turned out to be wrong:
Problem
Given: A string s of length at most 200 letters and four integers a, b, c and d.
Return: The slice of this string from indices a through b and c through d (with space in between), inclusively.

Hey Wen Chen,
In Python, when referring to slices, the end index is not included (it will stop when it gets to it, but won't go over it). To make it "inclusive", you should add one onto your end index.
