1. I have nearly completed the codeacademy tutorial.
one more section to go! I'll finish this up today at 4.
2. I solved the all of the problems in Rosalind's Python village and my code is located in my Rosalind repository on Github.
3. For my semester project, I will be constructing a set of tools for analyzing REDOX enzymes for electrochemical applications; specifically biofuel cells. I plan on creating workflows to compare the secretion potential (number of N-glycosylation sites) and REDOX potential (ID axial ligand) of multicopper oxidases from filamentous fungi. I would like to pull the data into a database to facilitate ease of use for myself and the electrochemists who will be using this in the future. A concept chart for the project is available below:
