Update 4-7-15

Completed:

• Edited my motif_finder script to report motif position
• Edited my script to merge dictionaries containing motif counts and motif position

To do:

• figure out how to add one to .span() values to get the human counted position
• Dive into user input controls
• Dive into human/computer readable output
