Retrospective:

• Good: Once we got working and met in person, things really flowed well and we were able to accomplish everything we needed in a short period of time

• Bad: Both of us have very busy schedules. Difficult to find a time to work together. Working asynchronously was okay, but we over-wrote one another, repeated tasks, and didn’t get our things linked together well

• Ugly: Unclear expectations. Nirav said he would “do everything”, which ended up meaning something different than what Eric expected

• Do differently: Meet early, outline project goals, set expectations, divvy up tasks, set followup/check-in meetings to evaluate progress and identify bottlenecks
