1. Shell utilities - mkdir, cp, cd

I chose these shell utilities because they are used to work on files and directories.

mkdir: this command is used to make a new directory

2. Installation of program

I install the iRODS program. I chose to install this program because I need it for my current rotation project. The iRODS program enable users to transfer and download a file or a folder from the cloud to the user’s local machine.
