You should begin looking at the data and trying to visualize it in whatever environment you have chosen. You can access a point cloud test dataset on CyVerse at:

OR
Each subdirectory is a single plant with <genotype>_<identification number>/ as its name. Within each single plant’s subdirectory, use the “combined_multiway_registered.ply“ file.
