Status update

• The TR Ontology has been completed and converted to OWL to make it compatible with the semantic web architecture. A manuscript describing it should be ready by the end of the month.

• The pilot data is being currently processed by Tandy Warnow at UT Austin to circumscribe gene families. Should be done by Mid November

• Sheldon has completed the analysis of the Bowers data using PrimeGSR and sent the data to Jamie

• Jamie has installed ~12 programs on the UGA cluster for benchmarking

• Bastien Bousseau is ready to share his code with us.

• Work to support multiple reconciliation as well as the search features has not started yet.
