This is a flowchart summary for Example High-level Workflow. This effort was done prior to the detailed walk-through on Jan. 25 & Feb. 1 of 2010. This flowchart does not take into account the "gene identifier" entry point and only focuses on the BLAST entry point. Both entry points are acknowledged.
