  • reviewing the goals and progress of the working group to date (w/Lenards and/or McKay, if possible)

  • how to assemble the gene catalog (possibly w/ Volker Brendel of PlantGDB)

Mon afternoon

  • planning of simulation study (scalability, accuracy, sensitivity for detecting different modes of incongruence)

Tues morning

  • 1KPT data analysis

  • measuring and representing uncertainty in reconciliations - (possibly w/ Albert Vilella of EnsemblCompara)

Tues afternoon

  • brainstorming of ideas for visualization of large, coupled gene and species trees (w/ Karen Cranston, if possible)

  • plan of action
