General business

Sheldon had a question about the number of species that will be part of the marquee paper analysis. Needs Jim's input.

Project status:

• TreeBest Pipeline: ready to accept dataset in the order of 1000s of taxa
• PrimeGSR: Major roadblocks have been removed. One remaining question is how cases in which consensus trees don't reach 50% should be handled. Other than that, the pipeline needs to be ported to HPC. Sheldon estimates approximately 2 weeks to do that.
