1. - using hex escaped characters (%20) like in URL encoding for spaces in species binomials, does anyone see a problem with that?

2. - moving forward with 1kp it may be useful to process species tree through database to emit a species tree with internal nodes tagged

3. - John has rerun pipeline with species trees exported from database and these are ready to be loaded

4. Jamie has also loaded the APG3 tree as used by phylomatic (http://www.phylodiversity.net/phylomatic/phylomatic.html)
