Updates from Kris and Adam

• We are almost finished with the database. All the information we need to display the tree is in the database on the server. the databse contains tree structures and layout information.

NIMBios

• Sheldon and Karen attended the NIMBios HPC course. The TV software was demoed and the feedback received was positive. Many of the suggestions made had already been considered, such as the ability to search, add colors, etc

Next Steps

• Customization of the Viz

• Review major features lists (see links to list above) to see if any revisions need to occur. The lists were made several months ago and a lot of work has been completed since then.

• Suggestion - have the ability to click a node or branch and open a menu of actions you can do. The menu list could be flexible?

• Get Core Software more involved, find out who we need to talk to.
