Specify what is needed by TR to support the first publication from 1000 plant transcriptome project

1. Given what we have in the first iteration of the TR incubator project:

   1.  sub-clade selection

   3. determining duplications versus linage divergence
4. Computational support:
   1. HPC and massively parallelizing the processes of TR
