1. Jamie Needs to speak to Ray re. adding support for multiple reconciliations to viewer
2. Jamie will be working this week on installing new version of phyldog at TACC, described now at: http://pbil.univ-lyon1.fr/software/phyldog/ 
   (Basiten says that "The gene trees obtained with this new version are much better than those obtained with the previous one.")
3. Jamie also working on manuscript for TRON ontology for submission to Frontiers in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology special focus issue on biological ontologies, with a mid February submission.
