Kris:

• Working on improving documentation.  Added about 1600 lines of javadocs in 127 files across the whole project. Source code is in the "documentation" branch on my github, which I should probably just merge into master at this point... Generated docs are currently at http://estraven.iplantcollaborative.org/phyloviewer/javadoc/index.html, though they'll disappear next time the app gets redeployed on estraven.
• Next, I plan to add some more tests and refactor a few things so they make more sense.  Also working with Karen to make sure deployment docs work for her.
