Standalone Version (prototype)

Our initial prototype was a standalone version written in cross-platform C++ and OpenGL. The current version can smoothly navigate a 250K taxon tree on a laptop and a million plus taxon tree on a high memory machine. We have since moved to a web-based Java implementation, and have discontinued development of this standalone tool.
