Project update

• Michael will develop an overview document to show where we are now along with milestones and timelines. We need to identify our deliverables and structure what we are delivering.

• Viwer update - Adam and Kris have continued their work on the viewer, most recent focus on tracking bugs. A prototype website has be deployed for group members to use. Adam will send the link to the group. Kris has been working on a circular layout and has the initial screen shots. It has not been deployed yet but we may be able to switch between the two views in the next 2 - 3 weeks

• Bernice discussed Metadata Mapper (see attachment) she will work to make the concept more concrete.

• General discussion on how to engage effective feedback from the community to build ideas into the product.

• Michael will send Jira information out to the group.
