Purpose: Visualization of reconciled trees

Description:
PrIMETV is a command line program to visualize tree-within-tree phenomena such as gene/species tree reconciliations. The program takes a reconciled tree and the host tree as inputs. A helper program called reconcile is provided to produce a reconciled tree that PrIMETV can read. Output can be produced in a range of formats, such as PostScript, Fig, and SVG. PrIMETV can also directly manipulate important attributes such as color and layout policy.

Inputs: An extended Newick format for reconciled tree. Newick format for host tree.

Outputs: fig, gif, PostScript, SVG, png
