Rationale:

A Python client for Synapse, a collaborative compute space that allows scientists to share and analyze data together. The Python client can be used as a library for development of software that communicates with Synapse or as a command-line utility.

Synapse_client-1.6.1 is invoked using the following:

  1. Inputs: 

    One of the below two options should be used otherwise the app will fail

    a. Synapse id (single) or 

    Synapse id's file

  2. Settings:

    Synapse username
    Synapse password

  3. Output Folder Name: (Default - Output)

Run Synapse_client-1.6.1 as following:
