Default settings for mutant identification pipeline (Workflow:Identification of unique homozygous SNPs in mutant); used to identify unique SNPs i.e. unique lines in a file

Quick Start

  • To use unique filter, import your data in text format.

Parameters Used in App

When the app is run in the Discovery Environment, use the following parameters with the above input file(s) to get the output provided in the next section below.

  • Default parameters only, no further configuration needed.

Output File(s)

Expect a text file uniq_output.txt as output. All duplicate lines in the file will have been removed.
