QTL Cartographer
The QTL Cartographer is a suite of programs to map quantitative traits using a map of molecular markers. Output files include qtlcart.log and qtlcart.rc (parameter file) for each program.

Test Data
Input File(s)
- Use qtlcart.cro and qtlcart.map from http://mirrors.iplantcollaborative.org/example_data/lrmapqtl as a test input files.
Parameters Used in App
When the app is run in the Discovery Environment, use the following parameters with the above input file(s) to get the output provided in the next section below.
- Default parameters only, no further configuration needed.
Output File(s)
- Expect a qtlcart.* file as output.
