TreeView loads a phylogenetic tree for visualization in the iPlant tree viewer

Quick Start

• To use TreeView, upload your data in newick or nexus format.
• Resources: For the iPlant tree view documentation see the manual

Test Data

All files are located in the Community Data directory of the iPlant Discovery Environment at the following path:

Community Data > iplantcollaborative > example_data > treeview

Input File

• Use leaf-tree.nwk as test data.

Parameters

• No additional parameters exist for this application.

Output File(s)

• Expect leaf-tree.html as output.
