Bayesian BiClustering
Bayesian BiClustering
Bayesian BiClustering is a Bayesian method for finding biclusters, which are sets of genes whose expression profiles are mutually similar within a subset of experimental conditions/samples.
Quick Start
- To use Bayesian BiClustering, upload your data in a tab-delimited text file format.
- Resources: documentation
Test Data
All files are located in the Community Data directory of the iPlant Discovery Environment at the following path:
Community Data > iplantcollaborative > example_data > bayesian_biclustering
Input File(s)
- Use a tab-delimited text file as a test input file. To generate outputs below, use salt_root_TF.txt as a test data file.
Parameters Used in App
When the app is run in the Discovery Environment, use the following parameters with the above input file(s) to get the output provided in the next section below.
- Default parameters only, no further configuration needed.
Output Files(s)
- Expect a text file as output. The outputs for the test run are called results.txt
