It chooses the better alignments from the psl output file from Blat.

Test data for this app appears directly in the Discovery Environment in the Data window under Community Data -> iplantcollaborative -> example_data -> Best_Hit_for_Blat_Output

Input File(s)

Use neo.psl from the directory above as test input.

Parameters Used in App

Default parameters only, but change the output name for the psl to neo_best.psl.

Output File(s)

Expect a psl as output. For the test case, the output file you will find in the example_data directory is named neo_best.psl.
