Combines gene association files (GAF) from InterProScan ( with XML parser) and GOanna.

Test Data

Input File(s)
Use CFLO_1.fa_gaf.txt and clfo1_v_insecta_goanna_gaf.tsv from the directory above as test inputs.
Parameters Used in App
Use the Default parameters with the Test data.
Fill in the the Output File Name filed with a suitable name for you output file.
Output File(s)
complete_CLFO_gaf.tsv is the combined GAF file
