Test Data
Test data for this app appears directly in the Discovery Environment in the Data window under Community Data -> iplantcollaborative -> example_data -> OrthoFinder
Input File(s)
Use the ExampleData folder from the directory above as test input.
Parameters Used in App
When the app is run in the Discovery Environment, use the following parameters with the above input file(s) to get the output provided in the next section below.
- The app can run with the input folder of FASTA files and the desired name of the output folder.
- Use 'test' as the output folder name.
Output File(s)
Expect a folder called 'test' which will contain another folder called 'Results_XXX##' This folder will contain the output of a complete OrthoFinder analysis.
