Putting the Ionomics Workflow used by this group into the iPlant infrastructure.
Action Items

- David, Brian, Ivan: Specify the 5 tools used for:
- GWAS
- QTL analysis
- Landscape distribution of alleles
- Selective Sweeps
- Comparing ortologous genes
- Brian: Detail the data formats (as described in plink)
- Fusheng: Begin integrating the GWAS tool into the Discovery Environment when David, Brian, Ivan provide the specifics.
- Martha: Determine exactly which soil data sources (EU and USDA) David and Peter Baker want to use so integrating those layers into iPlant's geospatial infrastructure can be included as part of the geospatial code sprint event.
