-Perpetually updating tree
 Cazes is working with Fernando Izquierdo to build a perpetually updating tree workflow to run on TACC systems.
 This requires the development of a script to build batch jobs for the three main phases of the workflow:
 1. Creation of parsimony trees
 2. Creation of better trees using RAxMLLight
 3. Evaluation of trees using RAxMLHPC

The final trees are then used as starting points for the parsimonator when the initial phylip data set is expanded, and the cycle is repeated.
