This utility uploads files from iPlant Data Store to KBase Shock system

Quick Start

• Obtain access token from Globus online, these are your credentials for using Kbase systems (see below how to do it using curl on command line)
  curl --user "username:password" "https://nexus.api.globusonline.org/goauth/token?grant_type=client_credentials" | python -mjson.tool
  use the values for access_token (without double quotes)

Output File(s)

The log file KBase-Upload-Log.txt will have corresponding Shock ID for each file uploaded, these can be referred to in Kbase tools or for future operations in Kbase infrastructure
